My son & I had the twodot sandwich that was so good. The wheat bread was soft & tasty. Anytime I need a sub sandwich I will go here to get one. Place was nicely decorated & I felt comfortable eating my sandwich here.

Fresh bread can make or break a sub. It makes this sub. 8" long and stuffed full of meat and veggies. The location is kind of in a residential type area so I hope it doesn't get overlooked. Local people should go here and avoid the major chains.

My husband and I came here on a whim and we have been repeat customers since. I've recommended it to all of my co-workers, and so has my husband. I feel like this place could easy have chains all around the country if they keep the small-town feeling details in their subs. The bread is my favorite part. It's soft, flaky, and still has flour of the bottom. The subs are enormous, so I routinely get the kid's meal. If the subs were smaller and a little cheaper, we would eat here every day. You get menus at the front and order at the register. There's pre-listed meat and cheese combinations named after Montana towns. My husband gets half a Bozeman, which is huge. White or wheat bread to choose from. I'll miss this place when we move.

First time in this week and I'll definitely will be back! Walking in all I could smell was fresh baked bread. Love that smell. Staff is very friendly. And my meal was more than enough. I had to take half of it home. :) bread was soft and fresh. LOVED IT!

Two things make me a fan: locally owned and operated (owner was making bread when we were there). HOMEMADE BREAD Not a lot of seating but the subs were great. I need to go again to be sure the quality is there but definitely a solid recommendation for the local and visiting yelp community.

I got the steak and cheese sandwich. Really good. Tasted super fresh. The service was friendly and helpful. They even let us customize a whole sandwich with two different halves so we could share and kindly labeled them "his" and "hers"

Some of the best food in town. Easily the best subs in town. You can get any of the subs the offer cold or hot with any combination of their meats and cheeses. Great customer service and great food. Can't beat it.

I was attending a home-buyers class recently in which the agency provided ordered-in sandwiches for all attendees. When everyone, except me, found out that Montana Sub Shop was supplying the food, they went back for more. Days later I mistakenly ordered some sandwiches from a different store also located on 9th Street and could not figure out why the food looked, felt, and tasted like junk. I was going to the wrong sub shop! THIS is the place who supplied the class with food! THIS is the place I'm going to order my subs from! Never mind the place with a silo on 9th Street!
